Jennett Maniscalco graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of law in May 1996. She was admitted to the California Bar in December 1996. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association; North County Bar Association and Elected Board of Director, 2009; past chair person of the North County Elder law Section (2001-2006). Since 1997 she has volunteered at the Escondido Joslyn Senior Center where she provides free legal advice to seniors. She currently serves on the Probate Rules Committee for North County and is a member of Lawyers Club.
In estate planning, she typically assists young couples with minor children who need to designate guardians and set-up continuing trusts for the children; real property owners, seniors and those who want to protect and preserve their assets. She also handles post death administration including probates and trust administration while providing assistance to the families of the deceased and settling the estate of the deceased.
